REGULAR EVENTS
Girl Guides, Brownies and Rainbow Club.
There are regular village meetings of these groups but national policy advises that the dates and times should not be openly advertised on child safety grounds. The only way to get first hand information and to join these groups is by registering an interest on the National Girl Guides Website (A link can be found on this website in the main menu under 'Links'). You will then be contacted by the appropriate person and the process of joining can go forward.
Please Note it is worth noting that there is a waiting list for most groups and some can be 3 to 4 years in advance. It is important to register an interest as soon as possible.
In addition, there is always a need for more volunteer instructors and any interest in helping would be appreciated.
